Covid-19 Update

Just like the rest of the world, we have had to rapidly adapt to working in the current environment. We have received rapidly updating guidelines from the Australian Government, Victorian Government, MBS, Remote Telehealth, ASOHNS, AMA, RACS, among others. Please click on the hyperlinks which are relevant to our practice. Currently, our surgical work is limited to Category 1 and time sensitive Category 2 patients. 

We are easy to contact by email on admin@brightonent.com.au or through the contact page. Our phone line +61395968005 still works although with NBN there are occasional glitches for which we apologise. A lot of our work is done remotely.

Our fax line is virtual with NBN and anything sent to +61395966550 ending up in our email inbox. 

We are sourcing all the latest PPE in bulk and adhering to the latest guidelines. We triage 100% of consultations by telehealth first (most are bulk billed) and our surgeons decide to physically consult and examine those deemed necessary. Our surgeons physically examine patients in full PPE and we sanitise surfaces between patients. Our waiting room has chairs at least 1.5 metres apart and there is a barrier separating our reception staff from patients. Our patients' cars in our on-site car park are also a virtual waiting room for those patients.
